Job Responsibilities

As a Machine Responsible Mechanic at Gränges, you will work in a team that drives preventive maintenance, modifications, and projects where Environment, Health & Safety, along with technical availability and productivity, are the guiding principles. Together in our team, we drive improvements and solve problems.

In your work, you will closely collaborate with mechanics, electricians, and technicians where you prepare, plan, and coordinate maintenance work.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with experience as a maintenance mechanic, preferably from the process industry. A suitable education is a technical vocational high school. Knowledge of mechanical tolerances, reading blueprints, and hydraulics is of great importance for the position. As a person, you take responsibility, are self-driven in your work, and have the ability to take initiative. You have good collaboration skills, are communicative, meticulous, and have a strong interest in safety, order, and cleanliness around you and your work.

Experience in maintenance work is a requirement. Forklift and overhead crane licenses, as well as welding skills, are advantageous.
